ESS - Gingerbread House Making!
Hello! Have you ever heard of a gingerbread house? It’s a small house made from gingerbread cookies and decorated with icing and candy. This week in ESS, we tried this American Christmas tradition by making our own gingerbread house.
Students worked in groups, with each team decorating a different side. Afterward, we put all the pieces together to build one complete house. The frosting wasn’t very sticky, so we ended up using a bit of tape to hold it together—but it still turned out nicely. We also listened to Christmas music while we worked, which made the activity even more enjoyable.
If this sounds fun, we hope you’ll consider joining ESS too!
