On August 21st, the 2024 English Camp by Amakusa High School with Kumamoto University students was held at the Amakusa City Center. Five exchange students from Kumamoto University came to Amakusa for this camp. Eighteen high school students and one junior high school student attended the camp. 

At first, the five university exchange students made presentations about themselves, their countries, and what they majored in. After that, everyone divided into five gruops where the participating students introduced themselves to their group members.
