Day 2 "Making strawberry jam & cake rolls"

Day 2, students made strawberry jam. First, they learned about  kitchen hygiene and food safety management. They made really good ones and they used them for the cream of the cake rolls. They listened carefully to understand what the teacher said because it was their first time, they didn't want to mess up. They struggled a little bit  when they rolled the cake, but they did it! We were really happy to share this time with the students
